Sue's Installation as Canon of the Cathedral
Canons are often part of the cathedral chapter or diocesan staff, assisting the dean or bishop. The title of Canon can be an honorary one, recognizing significant service or achievement within the church. In Sue's case, it is definitely a working role, assisting the Bishop and Diocese in many different areas.
Go Cubs Go!
Josh had asked the Cubs to donate 9 hats and they generously gave him 24. He gave them to the conference leadership team, and other clergy and helpers, and then raffled off five to conference participants.
"My Job is Beach"
The team headed off to the beach for some rest time after a whirlwind schedule.
